Codenzia Studio is a working tool, not an advertising business. This page says plainly what it stores and who sees it.

What we store
- Accounts. Your name, email address and a hashed password. Accounts here are issued by invitation, so we hold only what an invitation carried.
- Your work. The specs, mockups, uploaded design artifacts and exports you or your team create in Studio.
- Review activity. Comments, pins and per-screen approval decisions, with who made them and on which build — that record is the point of a design review.
- Operational logs. Ordinary server logs (request, timestamp, IP) kept for security and debugging.
Why we store it
To run the product you signed in to use: keeping your projects, letting a client review a design and letting your team see what was decided. Nothing here is used for advertising or profiling.
Who sees it
Your workspace team, and reviewers you invite — and a reviewer is scoped to the single project they were invited to, nothing else. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, and there are no third-party trackers or analytics scripts on this site.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account and projects exist. Ask us to delete a project or an account and we delete it, including the uploaded artifacts and the review history attached to it.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion at any time. Email studio@codenzia.com from the address on your account and we will action it.
